At Cullen, reusing waste is a core part of our production process. We collect corrugate offcuts and repurpose them to manufacture our moulded fibre products. This closed-loop recycling system ensures materials are reused efficiently, reducing waste and the need for virgin raw materials. By continually reusing our corrugate waste, we give it a second life — making packaging part of the solution, not the problem.
Recycle
All of our products are circular in nature, created with the intention of minimising waste and maximising resource efficiency. Our corrugate boards are made from locally sourced, FSC-approved materials, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests. Offcuts from these boards are reclaimed and used in the manufacturing process of our moulded fibre products, creating a seamless closed-loop system. Made from recycled materials and designed to be further recycled after use, all of our products actively contribute to a greener future.
