Cullen Invest In Corrugate Packaging Technology

Since 2018, Cullen have invested in our UK manufacturing facility through a 20,000 sq ft extension and a state-of-the-art moulded pulp manufacturing machine.

Now, we can announce further investment in our corrugate packaging factory.

Cullen have chosen the Swiss machinery manufacturer Bobst to replace our existing Jagenberg multi-point gluers with two state of the art Expertfold 165 folder-gluers.

Cullen have manufactured corrugate packaging since 1921; specialising in 4-corner glued trays and crash lock boxes. Our team of designers and engineers work together to manufacture retail ready packaging for iconic British brands; thoughtfully designed to provide safe transportation and great shelf-edge presentation.

The latest investment in machinery will continue to provide backup capacity at our Glasgow site while reducing set-up time and increasing speed of production.

Bobst are one of the world’s leading corrugate machinery manufacturers and, adding to our existing Bobst Vision Die Cutters, Cullen will continue to have the versatility and flexibility needed to meet our customers’ demands.
