What is Corrugate?
Corrugated board is an environmentally friendly packaging material used to protect, transport and display products.
Our customers use corrugate packaging for transit boxes, shelf-ready packaging and multi-point glued trays for display.
With over 300 grades of corrugate, if you don’t already know the grade you need, our corrugate team can recommend the right one for your product. They’ll discuss your product design, weight, size and delivery method to understand the specification needed.
Then, our team of in-house designers use the specification to create packaging that’s right for your product. Whether your primary benefit is transportation, retail presentation or high product visibility, our knowledgeable team can make it happen.
We have manufactured corrugated packaging for almost 100 years. Today, our customers supply their products into leading retailers in the UK. As one of a select few manufacturers who have pre-approval to supply branded packaging into this sector.
As part of our commitment to the industry, we recently invested in a 4-colour HQ printer with infrared dryers. This enables us to offer a higher quality print finish.
Our quality assurance process enforces both random and regular checks on print quality. Ink scanners compare the manufactured product against its design brief and specified colour pallet Delta range.
