Our Team
Cullen began as a family business in 1921 through Robert Cullen and his sons. The business was founded on his family values and these still sit at our core today.
Innovation and collaboration are central to our business. Our teams bond over the expertise of individuals that, when brought together, creates the combined knowledge base of Cullen. Our team come from a variety of backgrounds and have a wealth of experience from careers in the packaging industry.
Many of our team choose to stay with us for a long time too. Katie, our corrugate production line operator, has worked for Cullen since 1970. Ryan, our Production Director, began as a trainee production operator 30 years ago. They’re part of our family.
Through leadership, training and growth opportunities we encourage our employees to bring their best to work. In return we treat our employees with great respect and loyalty, much like the values Robert Cullen and his sons founded our company on nearly 100 years ago.
