We can take your product(s) and build a bespoke 2D CAD design to create a carton to fit whatever your requirements may be.
Once we receive sample approval, we can then position Graphics which have either been supplied by you or created in our Graphics Studio, exactly where they'll be printed on the finished carton and supply printed proofs for your approval.
If you require Moulded Pulp to house your products within the finished carton, then our 3D Design department will build you a bespoke CAD model which will fit your product to the highest tolerances. Once prototypes of the pulp are manufactured, your product can be housed in the pulp prototype and then packed inside your finished carton design - which then allows you to perform whatever testing is required.
Once testing has been approved, full production tooling will be created by our Tooling Design department will take place to allow your product to be manufactured to the same dimensional accuracy as the original prototypes produced.
