We also review and recommend the material grade which is fit for the purpose and will meet existing drop-test specifications.
Another way in which Cullen are different from other suppliers is that we will also endeavour to reduce the overall weight and volume of the material used, minimising your PPR obligations.
In the past we have found that it is often possible to do this when we are asked to design the internal moulded pulp along with the outer corrugate or solidboard carton.
The key reason for this is quite simply because Kraft pulp is stronger than other waste base materials i.e. newsprint, therefore outer carton grades can be reduced.
